Cancellation & refunds

Plans

• Free needs no subscription.
• Plus is £2.99/month and Pro is £5.99/month.
• Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.

Cancelling

• You can cancel from your Account page. Cancelling schedules the end of your subscription for the end of the current paid period.
• You keep your paid plan until that period ends. After that, your account returns to Free.
• Changed your mind? Use Keep membership on your Account page before the date to undo it.

What happens to your Watches

Watches aren't deleted when a subscription ends. If you have more active Watches than Free allows, your oldest stay active and the rest are paused. You can resume them later within your plan's limit.

Refunds

Whether a refund is available can depend on your circumstances and the consumer law that applies to you. If you think you're owed a refund, contact ryan@fyldelabs.dev with the email on your account and we'll look into it.
