Terms of Service

SeeWhen is operated by FyldeLabs. By using SeeWhen you agree to these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

What SeeWhen does

SeeWhen monitors third-party web pages based on instructions you give it, and emails you when your chosen condition appears to be met. We provide monitoring on a reasonable-efforts basis.

Limits of monitoring

• We don't control third-party websites and can't guarantee a page will stay available, unchanged or readable.
• Alerts may occasionally be delayed, missed or incorrect.
• A Watch does not reserve, buy, order, trade or otherwise act for you. You decide what to do after an alert.
• Don't rely on SeeWhen for emergencies, safety-critical monitoring, medical decisions, legal deadlines, executing financial trades, or anything where a missed or wrong alert could cause serious harm.

Acceptable use

You must have a lawful reason to monitor the pages you submit. You must not use SeeWhen to attack, overload or abuse any website or service, bypass logins, paywalls or other access controls, collect prohibited material, or monitor content unlawfully. We may limit, pause or close accounts used in breach of these terms.

Plans

• Free: 1 active Watch and 10 Discovery searches per 24 hours.
• Plus (£2.99/month): 5 active Watches and 25 Discovery searches per 24 hours.
• Pro (£5.99/month): 20 active Watches and 50 Discovery searches per 24 hours.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then returns to Free. Ending a subscription doesn't delete your account or Watches, though active Watches above the Free limit are paused. See Cancellation & refunds.

Changes to the service

We may change, improve or withdraw features, and update these terms. If a change materially affects a paid plan, we'll give reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

SeeWhen, its name, design and software belong to FyldeLabs. You keep any rights you have in what you submit; you give us permission to use it only to provide the service.

Liability

We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss caused by third-party websites, or for losses that weren't foreseeable. Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
